Livestock Delivery

  • • Animals will be delivered to your specified address
  • • Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days
  • • We'll contact you to schedule delivery
  • • All animals come with health certificates
  • • Specialized livestock trailers used for safe transport

Merchandise Shipping

  • • Items shipped to your specified address
  • • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
  • • Express shipping options available at checkout
  • • Tracking information provided via email
  • • Packaged securely to prevent damage

Mixed Orders

  • • Animals delivered separately from merchandise
  • • Livestock: 3-7 business days with health certificates
  • • Merchandise: 5-7 business days with tracking
  • • We coordinate both deliveries with you

Primary pickup location - Van Nuys Rd, Spiro, OK 74959

  • • Tuesdays & Saturdays: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • • By appointment: Other days available
  • • Refrigerated storage available
  • • No minimum order requirement

Nubbin Ridge Ranch

Secondary location - By appointment only

  • • Schedule 48 hours in advance
  • • Ideal for farm tours + pickup
  • • Large orders welcome
  • • Processing facility tours available

Cold Chain & Food Safety

Frozen Products

  • • Packed with dry ice or gel packs
  • • Insulated containers for transport
  • • Guaranteed frozen for up to 8 hours
  • • Customer must be present for delivery

Refrigerated Products

  • • Maintained at 35-40°F during transport
  • • Delivered in refrigerated vehicle when possible
  • • Maximum 4-hour transport time
  • • Same-day processing to delivery

Important: We cannot be responsible for product quality if delivery is refused or customer is not available to receive temperature-sensitive items.

Weather & Emergency Policies

Severe Weather

Deliveries may be postponed during severe weather conditions including ice storms, flooding, or tornado warnings. Customers will be notified as soon as possible and deliveries rescheduled.

Equipment Failure

In the rare event of refrigeration or vehicle failure, affected customers will be contacted immediately. Products may be held at the farm in proper storage or deliveries rescheduled at no additional cost.

For urgent delivery issues, contact us at (479) 459-7273. Our emergency line is monitored during all delivery hours.

International & Long-Distance Shipping

Currently, River Valley Farm Life only provides local delivery and pickup services within our established zones in Oklahoma and Arkansas. We do not offer:

  • • Mail or parcel shipping of perishable products
  • • Interstate shipping via carriers
  • • International shipping
  • • Overnight or expedited shipping services

Future Plans: We are exploring partnerships with specialty food shippers to expand our reach. Contact us to be notified when shipping options become available.
