Terms of Service

By accessing and using River Valley Farm Life's website and purchasing our products, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

• • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• • Prices are subject to change without notice
• • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• • Orders are considered accepted when we send order confirmation
• • Custom orders require 50% deposit and are non-refundable
• • Farm pickup orders must be collected within 48 hours of notification

• • Payment is due at time of order unless other arrangements are made
• • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• • Returned checks will incur a $25 processing fee
• • Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

Due to the nature of our fresh food products:

• • All sales are final for perishable items (meat, dairy, produce)
• • Non-perishable merchandise may be returned within 14 days if unopened
• • Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment
• • Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup/delivery
• • We guarantee the quality of our products and will work with customers to resolve any legitimate concerns

• • All livestock and meat products are raised on our Oklahoma farm
• • Products are processed in USDA-inspected facilities
• • We provide accurate descriptions but natural products may vary
• • Weights are approximate and may vary slightly
• • Nutritional information is provided as a general guide

• • Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to weather or farm operations
• • Customer must be present for delivery of frozen/refrigerated items
• • We are not responsible for products left unattended after delivery
• • Farm pickup customers will be notified when orders are ready
• • Additional delivery fees may apply for special requests

River Valley Farm Life's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for:

• • Consequential or incidental damages
• • Loss of profits or business interruption
• • Damages resulting from improper storage or handling
• • Acts of nature, weather delays, or circumstances beyond our control

• • Farm visits are by appointment only
• • Visitors must follow all safety instructions
• • Children must be supervised at all times
• • We are not responsible for injuries during farm visits
• • Please respect our animals and property

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of LeFlore County, Oklahoma.
